Vivenro

Terms of service

Last updated November 3, 2026 · Vivenro is operated by Varshyl Inc., San Jose, California.

1. The service

Vivenro rebuilds your travel history from sources you connect, drafts stories and messages for your review, and lets you keep them private or share them. It is provided by Varshyl Inc. ("Vivenro", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. Your account

  • You must be 16 or older and use your own Google account or email.
  • You are responsible for what you upload, write, publish and send from your account, including messages Vivenro drafts that you approve.
  • Assistants you connect act on your behalf within the permissions you grant; anything they propose is yours to confirm or discard.

3. Your content

  • You own everything you add and everything Vivenro drafts for you. You grant Vivenro only the licence needed to store, process and display it as you direct (privately, to friends, or publicly).
  • Only upload photos and videos you have the right to use. Photos Vivenro sources for a story from Wikimedia Commons or Openverse are shown with their licence and credit; keep the credit if you reuse the page.
  • Publishing a story makes it visible to anyone with the link, search engines and AI answer engines. You can make it private again at any time; copies others took are outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Vivenro to send messages that are abusive, deceptive or unlawful; to publish other people's private information; to upload content you do not have rights to; or to probe, overload or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. AI-drafted content

Stories, trip reconstructions, compliments and complaints are drafted by AI models from the evidence in your account. They can be wrong or incomplete. Review before you publish or send; uncertain dates are labelled as such and nothing is sent without your approval.

6. Third-party services

Google sign-in, Gmail and Calendar, the AI providers you choose, and the hosting providers listed in the privacy policy are governed by their own terms. Vivenro's use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

7. Availability and changes

Vivenro is offered as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or pause features. To the extent permitted by law, Varshyl Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim (currently nothing — Vivenro is free while in early access).

8. Ending the relationship

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Your data; that removes everything. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we discontinue Vivenro, you will be given notice and a way to export your data first.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Questions: hello@vivenro.com.
